Availability
Check our calendar for the current availability and plan your stay at Quinta Cipreste.
You can choose your own arrival day, except for Sunday. Our preferred arrival day is Friday.
- Arrival: You are welcome to check in from 16:00, so you can start enjoying your holiday.
- Departure: On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the villa before 10:00, so we can prepare everything perfectly for the next guests.
- The security deposit is €500 and must be paid in advance. This will be included on your invoice.
- Please note: Groups of men under the age of 35 are not permitted. Other group compositions may be possible upon request.
- Stays at the Quinta can be booked from one week onwards.
- For an exclusive padel trip, we offer the possibility of a shorter stay during the low season (January–April and October–December), starting from 4 days.

Winter stays in the Algarve
Dreaming of a winter without the cold? In the Algarve you can enjoy mild temperatures, sunny days and a relaxed atmosphere, far away from the crowds. During the day, temperatures often rise above 18°C, perfect for long beach walks, a round of golf or a good glass of wine on a sunny terrace. Evenings are cozy and atmospheric, ideal for enjoying a fireplace or a local dinner.

Management
We are happy to introduce you to Sandra, who lovingly takes care of the management of Quinta Cipreste. She is your personal point of contact for everything you may need during your stay. Sandra is always available and happy to assist you, whether you have a question about the villa or need help arranging activities in the area, she is there for you.
Payment terms
To confirm your reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the total rental amount within 7 days after booking.
The remaining balance, including any extras, must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans sometimes change. If you wish to cancel your reservation or arrange for another guest to take your place, please inform us in writing.
The following conditions apply in case of cancellation:
- Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the stay: 30% of the rental price.
- Cancellation within 8 weeks before the first day of the stay: the full invoice amount.
We always do our best to re-rent the villa. If we succeed, we will only charge a small administrative fee. In some cases we may also make an exception in favour of the guest. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Huurvoorwaarden
Huurvoorwaarden en -condities
De huurprijs is inclusief het gebruik van water, airconditioning en elektriciteit (inclusief het wassen van beddengoed, het onderhoud van het zwembad en de tuin) evenals Wi-Fi-toegang. Het gebruik van zwembadverwarming is niet inbegrepen in de huurprijs. De prijs is gebaseerd op het aangegeven aantal gasten. Als er extra bezoekers overnachten tijdens je verblijf, zullen er extra kosten in rekening worden gebracht. Meld dit van tevoren bij ons als dit het geval is.
Optioneel: boodschappenservice aankomstdag: € 75,- + kosten boodschappen
Borg
De borgsom bedraagt € 500,- en dient vooraf betaald te worden. Dit vind je terug op je factuur.
Betaling
Bij het maken van de boeking ontvang je de huurovereenkomst, bevestiging en instructies. De reservering wordt pas bevestigd na een aanbetaling van 30% van de huurprijs. Het resterende saldo, inclusief de bovengenoemde borg, moet 8 weken voor aankomst in Portugal betaald zijn.
Annulering
In geval van annulering door de huurder(s) worden de volgende annuleringskosten in rekening gebracht:
a. Bij annulering tot 8 weken voor de eerste dag van het geboekte verblijf: 30% van de huurprijs.
b. Bij annulering binnen 8 weken voor de eerste dag van het geboekte verblijf: het volledige factuurbedrag.
Aankomst en Vertrek
Je kiest zelf je aankomstdag, met uitzondering van zaterdag en zondag. Onze voorkeursdag is vrijdag.
Aansprakelijkheid
Portugalvillas en de verhuurder(s) aanvaarden geen aansprakelijkheid voor ongevallen of incidenten die zich tijdens je verblijf in Portugal of rondom de accommodatie voordoen, ongeacht de omstandigheden.
